This high protein, fibre and omega rich chia pudding is a great way to start your morning. Optimal for keeping those blood sugar levels balanced and supports a healthy bowel (and bowel movements).
– 3 tbsp. chia seeds
– ⅔ cup unsweetened coconut milk/almond milk
– 1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder
– 1 tbsp. coconut flakes
– ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 tsp. honey (optional)
