The person behind the program...

Sheree, is a certified holistic nutritionist, life and wellness coach who understands women’s health on an intricate level. Sheree has a degree in nutrition, completed various coaching certifications from world leading experts in their fields and has helped thousands of women heal their bodies.

She personally struggled with health issues including an eating disorder, burnout, digestive problems, mood swings, and weight gain, but discovered a holistic and functional approach to healing that led her to where she is today – empowering women to take control of their health.

With the modules, coaching calls and integration practices, the programme will take up to around 3 – 4 hours per week. Coaching calls are 60 minutes, and there’s lifetime access to the materials.

The entire program is hosted online, you’re able to complete all the modules and integration practices in your own time. You will receive an email before your first call with the link to join. Call cadence will be bi-weekly calls. You’ll be able to access the program content and community 24/7.

No. In Reclaim Your Radiance Revolutionized, we are all about reducing restriction, creating balance and freedom and a healthy relationship with food. That being said, there are protocols designed to help you reset and heal your underlying gut and hormonal imbalances, and part of this is healing is done by eliminating inflammatory and trigger foods. The program is designed to support you through the transition and reintroduction phases. But don’t worry, I get it and I want you to be able to eat as many foods as possible too!

I wouldn’t recommend doing either the liver detox or the protocol whilst breastfeeding as the body removes toxins through the breast milk too which means they will be passed directly to baby and we don’t want that at all.

You could potentially do a 4 day fast as long as that wouldn’t alter your milk supply, you will know your body at this point. Remember breastfeeding also uses a lot more energy too so you may find you are far hungrier than someone who isn’t breastfeeding, but the fast would be the safest option of the three.

Firstly you never have to do anything you don’t want to inside this program, and if you don’t want to take the medication you don’t need to, the deworming protocol is only something I suggest for those people whose blood work comes back indicative of potential worms present so don’t worry about this. 

If it is something we do think you need there are natural supplements we can support you with too, you will just have to take them for a little longer over the course of 3 months.

First things first if you have a good relationship with food, I would recommend that you start on the gut protocol, mum’s microbiome directly effects baby’s microbiome so if you can give yours a good clean out and support it will be super beneficial. This can also help you regulate your hormones too, which will in turn help with conception.

Second I would watch the video all about tracking your cycle, purchase a thermometer with at least 2 decimal places or a temp drop and start tracking whether or not you are ovulating and when, then you can easily plan for conception or see what else we may need to bring into balance to support your hormones

Thirdly, I would look into pre-pregnancy supplements for both you and your partner (if he is male). This will mean a pre-natal multi with folate (NOT folic acid), fish oils, a high quality magnesium and potentially choline and probiotic if you want to add some extras – for you. For him I would add in a high quality zinc and vitamin D. This needs to be done NOW as it will impact the quality of the egg and quality of the sperm, so again when you do conceive you have the healthiest baby possible. Then we continue the supplements for you once conception occurs and during breastfeeding.

No. I am a strong believer in your body, your choice, and it is not my place to advise on this. However I do have protocols in place that you can do to support your transition off hormonal contraception, or support your body whilst it is on it. 

I know this can be a very personal decision and I want to make sure you are supported in whatever is best for you.

I will be the first to say and be completely honest that meat is one of the most healing forms of food when it comes to your gut health that I can recommend. Animal protein is far more advanced and is seen in all of the leading literature in the holistic space when it comes to gut health to have a positive effect. This doesn’t mean that more is more, it just means getting adequate protein from animal sources is going to be much better for your body.

However, I totally understand that sometimes this is a personal/religious/spiritual choice and will never advise you to go against your own morals or values. Please just know where I am coming from is the science.

Often a lack of taste for meat or going ‘off’ meat, smell, taste, even touch can be indicative of low stomach acid production or a zinc deficiency. I wont advise you to force yourself to eat meat, but I will suggest adding a zinc supplement of at least 30mg/day and having apple cider vinegar with warm water before main meals or if you are in NZ or Australia digest assist to your diet and then try meat again.

As females it is something I see being a primary driver for not only gut issues, but also hormonal imbalances, so please don’t take the decision to cut meat out lightly. If you can have some chicken or fish this will suffice too.

Alternatives to meat often include things like soy and tofu, which can cause a whole host of issues on their own including estrogen dominance in some women and are often genetically modified and therefore far away from a natural source so I do recommend you avoid soy completely during this program.

The Sunfed Meats range is the only company this far that I can honestly say is careful about what they put in their products and is made from plant protein not soy, so these are fine alternatives. Also getting a high quality protein powder as recommended in the supplement eBook is also suggested too to bulk up the protein content in your snacks or breakfasts for example.

Blood tests are also not mandatory, and I personally used to have to lie down on the kids bed and have things distract me, honestly they used to be traumatising. If you don’t want to do it, you don’t have to, it does provide us valuable insight however so if it is something you can have someone take you to and be of support then that could be an option.

Fasting can make you woozy, but this is why I recommend getting it done first thing in the morning and take a small snack to have as soon as the blood is removed, and let the people know at the lab tests, they are often super supportive and lovely.

You can also communicate that it is something you are concerned or anxious about and they will be supportive too (at least that is my experience) and try their best to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Ultimately it is up to you, but this does give us a lot of insight into your health 🙂 

When it comes to cooking and meal prep, my vote is always to make it as simple as possible, so if that looks like buying a pre-cooked roasted chicken, grabbing a quick cup of rice and a bag of spinach or steam-fresh veggies so you can toss it all together really quick and/or use a microwave that is also totally fine.

If you have more time to cook dinners make leftovers for lunch so that you aren’t worried about cooking twice a day and simply take them to work and re-heat if necessary.

My favourite thing to do is to plan my meals out the week before, then do the groceries and meal prep what I need, for example if you are doing the gut protocol you won’t be able to have rice, so maybe you pre-cook a batch of quinoa, sweet potato or potato and then have that hot or cold with a protein source and some greens.

Use the 6 different recipe books for inspiration, go through and highlight the ones you like the look of, majority of the meals require super minimal ingredients and that can be a great place to start if you aren’t sure what to ‘throw together’ right now. Everyone is different, if you want to follow the meal planner outline you can, if you want to use the recipe books you can, or if you just want to make up your own meals use the guidelines provided.
