This has to be one of my favourite toppings for toast or my hormone loving bread. It’s a crowd favourite and also goes super well on platters.
– 100g raw cashews (roughly chopped)
– 30mL unsweetened almond milk
– 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
– 2 – 3 tbsp. lemon juice
– Pinch of salt flakes
